Environments

I believe environments play a crucial role in the overall experience of animation. Below are some of my recently created environments, with some even drawing inspiration from one of my favorite digital worlds.

 

Henri Melies's Room

Environment created as a living space for a fictional submarine captain character. I used this as an exercise to express a character through an environment, as well as accurately portray a submarine interior.

 

 

Princess Peach’s Room

This was a project in Unreal Engine 4, creating a living space for an existing video game character. In this case I created a bedroom for the Super Mario character, Princess Peach, based off of the design of her castle in Super Mario 64.

 

 

Alleyway Environment

This is the main environment from my 30 second film 'Humanoid'. It is meant to be a run-down alleyway off of an empty city street where the Robot is looking for scrap metal.
